Q. What is your definition of ‘style’?
My definition of style is "To keep it simple".
Q. Which are the celebrities you have worked with? Who is the most comfortable celebrity to work with?
I have worked with a lot of celebrities and the list could goes on from Kangana to Sonakshi.
The most comfortable celebrity to work with would be Neha Dhupia, Priyanka Chopra, Yuvraj Singh, Dr Vijay Mallya and KK the singer.
Q. Is there any particular person who you would like to work with in future?
There are a lot of people I would love to work with - but currently it would be Madhuri Dixit because she has evolved so much and I would want to be the change where her hair and style is concerned.
Q. Are there any myths when it comes to hair styling?
Myth 1 - Hair color is bad for you (it’s not bad at all).
Myth 2 - Henna nourishes your hair. It’s false because it dries and makes the hair brittle.
Q. Which are the five latest hair trends for men?
The five hottest hair trends for men are:
I. Longer hairstyle with lots of texture on the top stands out amongst other hairstyles. But men with longer hair should also care about it and keep it healthy. For a more neater look you can sleek it all back with an aqua gel, style it loose with some mousse/sea salt texture spray or put it in a ponytail.
II. Pompadour hairstyle has been extremely popular in 2015 and eill stay in 2016 as well but in different variations. This year was more about sleek back top pompadour but next 2016 will be more about loose, textured and blow dried hair.
III. Fade haircuts are also trendy and have been in demand. There are so many variations to creating fades. You can have it high, low or bald in a classic, disconnected or tapered fade.
IV. The classic side part inspired by the 1960s is timeless and will stay in 2016. Men can experiment with different hair partings. It works on all hair textures and most hairstyles.
V. Short textured haircuts are best suited for those with fine or thick wavy to curly hair. If you still want to keep those curls long on top and want to style it in a pompadour but find it difficult to get the look, you can opt for a cysteine treatment to make it more manageable and easy to style.
