4 Cocktails You Cannot Resist This Season
Monsoon is quaint and welcoming but can be restrictive at times, spoiling our plans last minute and leaving us with very few options. At moments like these, staying indoors may seem like the only feasible option, but converting your pad into a cheerful bar might be a better way out!

He believes, nothing can match the combination of quality spirits like warm whisky cocktails and vodka based fruity cocktails to beat the monsoon blues. Ciroc Coco Loso
Nothing says ‘fresh’ quite like a coconut drink. Ciroc Coconut and freshly squeezed pineapple juice come together in perfect harmony to take you on a trip to tropical paradise.
Pour 50ml of Ciroc coconut over 50 ml of freshly squeezed pineapple juice with a teaspoon of brown sugar into a rocks glass, add ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim and you have a perfectly coconutty cocktail.
Black Label Mojito
Refreshing and smooth is the best way to describe a MOJITO. Let’s give the traditional Mojito a special twist with good our old whisky. Add whole mint leaves, lemon and sugar to a glass and muddle with a grinding stick until the sugar is dissolved and juice has been squeezed from the lemon.
Crush ice and fill the glass. Add 45 ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky and top with ginger ale. Mix 30 ml of fresh lime juice, 60 ml ginger ale, 1 whole lemon quartered, 20 ml of simple syrup, 1 splash of sour mix and 5-8 whole mint leaves.
*Simply add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar in a small glass of water. Done!
*To make your own sour mix at home simply take equal parts lemon and/or lime juice and simple syrup* and shaken vigorously with ice.
Figging Delicious
Johnnie Walker Blue Label is delicious; the pinnacle of the blenders art. Add a little fresh fig, a little dried fig, a touch of vanilla and just a hint of spice and orange and it's 'figging delicious'.
Put the sugar in the bottom of the mixing glass, add 60 ml of Blue Label and stir for 45 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass containing a single, clean fresh fig, sliced into quarters, half way down the fig and dash the bitters over the top.
Johnnie Walker Red Label Mix Frutilla
This ‘Fruitilla’ mix is a rare infusion of whisky with this lush fruit. Strawberries are generally everyone’s favourite fruit, blends very well with the earthy & smoky tones of Johnnie Walker Red Label to create a bitter sweet experience. It’s a lush tropical drink that is sure to make you nostalgic and revive fond memories.
Served in Highball glass prepared with 50ml Johnnie Walker Red Label and 120ml strawberry Puree / Pulp. Fill highball glass half way with crushed ice and add the Johnnie Walker Red Label followed by the strawberry puree / pulp. Stir to combine and top up with more crushed ice and half a strawberry and lemon wedge.
