This affair will introduce Bengalureans to the traditional handcrafted dishes; from Marseille Bouillabaisse to Chicken quenelles, Duck Cassoulet to Chilli con carne, Crumb fried camenbert cheese to Strawberry Pavlova, and much more. To make this affair more serious, the dishes are paired with red and white wine, but one can always order some rose wine to live this evening in a true Provence style.
