Celebrating Sushi Festival at Singkong

Whether you are a Sushi veteran or a first timer, a whole new epicurean experience awaits you at Singkong. The Sushi menu, specially curated by Chef Vikas Seth, will feature authentic Maki, Uramaki and Nigiri in both non vegetarian and vegetarian options. Try out the Signature Prawn Tempura Uramaki accompanied by spicy mayo, SK Dragon Roll with Avocado and Cream Cheese Uramaki, Spicy Tuna Roll made with Tobanjan paste and the super crunchy Asparagus Tempura Roll. For those who would like a bite of an assortment of tempting options, the vegetarian and non vegetarian Sushi platters are great to indulge in.
Nigiri is a type of sushi made of thin slices of raw fish, vegetable or fruit over pressed vinegared rice, while Maki is a cylindrical roll formed with seafood, meat, vegetables or fruits wrapped with vinegared rice and nori sheet. The Uramaki - "inside-out roll" - is cylindrical roll with different fillings of tuna, crab meat, salmon, avocado and mayonnaise, where the rice is on the outside and the nori inside.
All the sushi is served with Wasabi paste, Gari and soy.
